Farm & Ranch

There is more to Farming and Ranching than owning land and throwing out seeds or raising livestock.  Success generally requires specializing in a specific crop or a particular breed to maximize profits by mass producing a superior product at a minimal cost.  Both Farmers and Ranchers have to take many factors into consideration when deciding on their “cash crop”.  Terrain, exiting natural vegetation, soil composition, water levels and location(s), climate variances, and accessibility are some of the determining factors used when choosing their future livelihood.  Llewellyn’s Construction understands how important these factors are and how they directly relate to the land.  Like the Farmer and Rancher, our livelihood is directly linked to our ability to groom the physical characteristics of the land to meet the requirements necessary for either the Farmer or Rancher to produce a product that is profitable.
